Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Frost Command, run by [Your name or business name], collects and why. The short version: we keep only what the tools need to work, we don't sell data, and there are no ads or tracking.
What we collect
- Room contents: what managers enter, such as target names, lead names or in-game nicknames, rally and march times, enemy rally details and messages. Members' march times stay on their own device.
- Room passwords: never stored as typed. Each phone turns the password into a one-way code, and we keep only a scrambled (hashed) copy of that code.
- Purchase details: when you buy a key, Lemon Squeezy shares the key, your order number, plan, and the email and name on the order, so we can check the key and help with your account. Card details go only to Lemon Squeezy.
- Technical data: our host, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and request logs to run and protect the service. We use IP addresses briefly to slow down password guessing and don't keep them with room data.
- On your device: the app stores your saved room logins and preferences in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data removes them.
We don't use advertising, analytics trackers or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
- Rooms are kept while your plan is active, and deleted when the manager deletes the room or 30 days after a plan ends.
- Free rooms nobody opens for 14 days are deleted.
- Purchase records are kept as long as needed for accounting and the law.
Who processes it
We don't sell or share personal data with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, including your room and purchase details, by emailing support@frostcommand.app. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA; we'll honour them.
Children
The service is meant for players old enough to use the game under its own rules, and isn't directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.
