Terms of Service

Effective October 21, 2026

These terms cover your use of Frost Command and its apps, including Rally Coordinator (together, "the service"), run by [Your name or business name] ("we", "us"). By using the service or buying a room key, you agree to them.

What the service is

Frost Command provides web tools that help Whiteout Survival alliances coordinate. It is an unofficial, fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Whiteout Survival or its publisher, and it never connects to the game or to game accounts. Game names are used only to describe what the tools are for.

Rooms, keys and passwords

A room key opens one room for one alliance. Keys are for the buyer's alliance and may not be resold.
The person who creates a room sets its passwords and is responsible for who they share them with.
Passwords can't be recovered by us. If a manager password is lost, contact us from the email used to buy the key and we can reset it.

Payments and subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, which also handles sales tax, receipts and billing questions. Their terms apply to the purchase.

Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the link in your receipt email, and the room keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for.
Season passes are a single payment for the length stated at checkout, and don't renew.
If a payment fails or a plan ends, the room keeps working for 3 more days, then locks. A locked room is kept for 30 days so a new key can restore it, then it's deleted.
Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, harass people, interfere with the service or other people's rooms, try to get into rooms you weren't given access to, or get around the room-key system. We may suspend or delete rooms that do.

Availability

We work to keep the service fast and available, but it's provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free or perfectly timed. Phones, browsers and networks can delay countdowns; always check important timings in the game. We may change or retire features, and we'll give notice before retiring an app you've paid for.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost battles, in-game resources or progress. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it.

Ending use

You can stop using the service and delete your room at any time. We may end access for breaking these terms.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do; continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of [your state / country].
